AREAS
Understand the organization of Chapa Conecta
PRESIDENCY
Comprised of the presidency and vice-presidency, its main objectives are to direct strategic management planning, bridge the gap between students and coordination, ensure the internal functioning of the Directory and represent students in the external environment of EBAPE.
PROJECTS
Responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of all the proposals of the Directory and ensuring that they meet the needs of students, the area works connected to the demands of the student body, monitoring all management projects and making sure that they are in accordance with the School's guidelines and the plate.
MARKETING
The marketing area is responsible for informing the entire student body about ongoing projects, events organized by the Directory and any other management activity. In addition, the area is also responsible for aligning the Directory image with the plate values.
INSTITUTIONAL
The institutional area has as main competences to support new students and improve their adaptation in EBAPE. The area is also responsible for preparing extracurricular events that add value to students and building a good relationship with the other directories.
MANAGEMENT
Responsible for accompanying and monitoring all members of the Directory, the management area aims to motivate them and ensure a healthy internal environment. In addition, communication with members to ensure that their tasks are being accomplished is also among the area's competencies.
FINANCIAL
The financial area has the function of regulating the finances of the DAA, capitalizing and financing projects under management responsibility. It aims, above all, to optimize the economic capacity of the Directory and use it for the benefit of students through the improvement of the academic environment.
